Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to facilitate and coordinate the day-to-day functions for the fast- paced sales department at our Venice, California office. Reporting to the Head of Sales, the Sales Coordinator will work with the sales team, current clients, potential clients, and other members of the Creative Services team, where he/she will be responsible for answering phones, brainstorming with the sales and account teams, creating customized PowerPoint proposals for meetings and events, processing and analyzing mobile campaign data, troubleshooting customer service issues, and maintaining the overall needs of the Sales Department. As a Sales Coordinator, you will develop and document requirements, coordinate resources, provide creative input and work with sales staff to ensure the desired outcome.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of sales or marketing experience
  • Must know MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Must have strong PowerPoint skills
  • Must be organized, proactive and detail-oriented
  • Must be able to build and maintain relationships with coworkers, clients and prospects
  • Must be able to juggle multiple projects, prioritize and work well under deadlines
  • Strong research, communication, project management and critical thinking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to complete large volumes of work efficiently and effectively
  • Professional, reliable, driven and results-oriented

Required Knowledge:

  • Strong computer skills are required
  • Must have strong Powerpoint skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing/Sales
  • 2 years of ad agency/mobile industry experience a plus

Intern – Summer 2013, Client Services

Job Summary

Mogreet is looking for a motivated college senior or recent graduate for a client services internship. We’re looking for creative thinkers and people who are passionate about the mobile/technology industry. It’s not all grunt work here; we want you for real client work which includes clients in the Media, Entertainment and Retail space. Plus, you’ll get to work with some of the most talented and fun professionals in the industry. What you gain depends on your energy, your level of involvement, and how hard you’re willing to push yourself. That’s why those with good attitudes and a willingness to learn tend to catch our eye. Internship is full-time, approximately 10 weeks long, and a paid position.

Key Responsibilities & Duties Include, but not Limited to:

  • Execute mobile marketing campaign set-up, programming, monitoring and reporting.
  • Assist Client Services team with strategy/creative pitches to clients & potential clients.
  • Coordinate internal communication on client specific marketing campaign details, status and next steps.
  • Implement client changes on the fly with a quick turnaround for approval.
  • Self-starter with a capacity to function with limited supervision.
  • Some administrative tasks required
